SINGING 101
FOR IMPROVISERS
"Singing 101 for Improvisers" is a three-hour interactive workshop designed specifically for improvisors who
want to explore and enhance their vocal skills in an improvisational context.
This workshop focuses on building confidence, vocal technique, and the ability to create spontaneous songs, harmonies, and musical moments during improv scenes.

THE COMPLETE SCENE:
FIVE POINT SCENIC STRUCTURE
In this workshop, students focus on learning and utilizing a simple structure to create a complete scene with a fulfilling beginning, middle, and end. The structure helps guide the improviser's choices while allowing plenty of space to play with emotion, character, point of view, and heightened comic action to manifest dynamic relationship scenes.

THE MEISNER TECHNIQUE
If you are an improviser who feels stuck in your head instead of being-in-the-moment, this workshop is for you! In this workshop we will use The Meisner Technique, including The Repetition Exercise and living truthfully under heightened Imaginary Circumstances to enhance your improvisational skills. Improvisation growth comes through getting-out-of-your-head and comfort zone.

COACHED IMPROV JAM
Oh hey! What a fun and funky way to get reps with some guidance!
This jam is open to all experience levels and each jam will have a coach and a theme to focus on.
Get on stage with a randomly drawn group of fellow jammers and receive conducive and supportive coaching.
