*All classes are non-refundable. Students may be able to transfer tuition to another class, subject  to availability. 

The BIPOC Scholarship

The Bridge Improv Theater is excited to offer a 50% scholarship for people identifying as black, indigenous, or person of color.  We are committed to increasing diversity in improv.

How do I qualify?

  • Identify as BIPOC

  • Be 18 or over 

  • Be interested in learning improv 

  • Be available to attend classes and attend regularly with a willingness to learn (Attendance below 75% may get you removed from the program)

  • Have never taken a formal Improv 101 class before (drop-ins are ok!)

  • Agree to follow all Rules & Codes of Conduct at the theater

IMPROV: LEVEL 1

Instructor: Jess Klemm

Tuition with scholarship: $112

Next class: Wed, Dec 4th

6:00-8:00 PM

Eight-week, two-hour class covering the basics of improv featuring  agreement, discovery, connection, movement, and the relationship-driven scenes.

The LGBTQIA+ Scholarship

The Bridge Improv Theater is excited to institute a scholarship specifically for people identifying as LGBTQIA+. We believe it’s important to provide a safe space for everyone to feel comfortable and accepted on and off stage. We are mindful of representation in our space, amplifying the voices of LGBTQIA+ performers and voices, having no tolerance for discrimination, and making sure our language onstage is inclusive.

How do I qualify?
